Mary Baskin, the owner and operator of The Livingston, has been involved in the design world for the past twenty five years. As an interior designer she has overseen both residential and commercial projects.

In addition, for the past twelve years she has been a regional editor for Meredith Publishing and has produced interior design stories for magazines such as Traditional Home, Country Home and Better Homes and Garden. She has been listed on the masthead of some twenty different publications.

This is her first venture into the hospitality industry. With a keen sense of style, a passion for entertaining and a love for travel and antiques, she has combined her talents to create a unique getaway in Waco, Texas.
